Sept 11-12 - PetsMart's Annual Fall Adoptathon at Petsmart in New Hartford, Sat 12-3, Sun 12-2. Come adopt your next pet!

Sept 18 - Car wash to benefit the shelter! American Legion Parking Lot on Erie Blvd. in Rome. Check back for the time.

Sept 21 - Dining for Dogs, Cats, and Kittens at Coalyard Charlie's, Depeyster St., Rome, 4-9pm, a portion of your bill will be donated to HSR!

Sept 25 - Paws for a Cause Walkathon, Bellamy Harbor Park, Rome, 10:00-2:00. Prizes, contests, great food, vendor booths and lots more.

Sept 26 - Remsen Barnfest at Adirondack Cheese Co. in Barneveld. Check back for the time. After shopping at the festival stop by to shop for a wonderful new pet!

Sept 26 - Wanderer's Rest Canine Classic Dog Walk at Jim Marshall Farms in Chitenango, 11-3. HSR dogs will join the walk, and we'll also have a booth.

Oct 2 - Pet Supplies Plus in New Hartford. We will be there with adoptable animals from 12 to 3.

Oct 23 - Critz Farms (pumpkin patch) in Cazenovia. Check back for the time.

Nov 12 - Pawtini Art Auction at Teugega Country Club, 6-?. More details to come.

Nov 13-14 - PetsMart's National Adoption Event at PetsMart in New Hartford, Sat 12-3, Sun 12-2. Come adopt your next pet!

Nov 26 - Shopper's Stroll in Clinton. More details to come.

Nov 27 - An Adirondack Christmas in Old Forge (at the fire station). More details to come.
