Are you a member of the Humane Society of Rome? We are a non-profit organization that has been serving the needs of the Mohawk Valley and surrounding communities since 1956. We are dependent upon the financial support and generosity of community residents and businesses for donations and memberships. Our animals depend upon your help and support. Your help is absolutely vital to maintaining our daily operations.

You, your family, friends, school, business or organization can take an active role in our shelter by joining our membership.

Your membership, gift membership or contribution is tax deductible and will directly help support our work with the many beautiful animals we take in each year. These animals desperately need shelter, food, medical attention and human compassion. Our furry residents at the shelter will be very grateful for your support! Thank you from all of us.
